Now It's Time to Make P-fac Truly OURS.

 

Thanks to our members for supporting disaffiliating from IEA/NEA. We also appreciate some of the questions about the disaffiliation process. We understand that IEA is providing misinformation to our members, and we regret that another union has interferred in our election process. 

 

If  you support the provisions and protections of our hard-won contract, if you believe that the CBA our membership voted to ratify should be honored by all parties, if you feel that P-fac needs sufficient resources to fight for its members as the college continues to cut classes, raise enrollment caps, and reduce the work we've bargained for, then we urge you to vote YES.
